The Shining Stars of Lotus Valley

VaishnaviTyagi

The nightingale of our school, Vaishnavi, has brought many laurels to the school in the field of music. She also participated in the 'Indian Idol.'

 

 

 

 

 

Anoushka Samuel

She has made a place for herself in the National Football Team. She took part in the Asian Football U-16 Championship 2015 qualifiers held in Dhaka and scored 4 goals against UAE, 2 against Jordan and played very well against Bangladesh, thereby helping India win all the matches.

 

 

 

 

Raunaq Anand

Our ace horse rider has won 60 medals and 4 best rider awards in horse riding since the year 2008. Out of these, 11 medals and 2 Best Rider awards have been won in Junior National Championship. In the year 2012 he was felicitated by the District Magistrate of GautamBudh Nagar.

 

 

 

 

Robin Mann

Is our budding Squash Player. He secured the second position in the Junior National Championship held in Chennai and finished third in the Pioneer Open Boys Under 17 Category held in Germany. He also won the Plate Event in the British Junior Open, 2015.

 

 

 

 

Shikha Rai

A National Level Skater, began skating at the age of six and won her first gold medal in the CBSE National Roller Skating Championship at the age of seven. She participated in the School Games National Championship, held in Pune and bagged three gold medals in three events. She was also declared as the 'Player of the Tournament.'

 

 

 

 

Ramaansh Gupta

'The Pablo Picasso of Lotus Valley' added another feather to his cap when his painting on the theme of disability was selected by UNESCO as their official entry to promote their campaign. He has innumerable awards to his credit. He has also won the Honorary Award in the Yang Ming 5thInternational Painting Competition held at Taiwan.

 

 

 

 

Ishaan Arora

Is a budding Author. He has authored the book 'The Mysterious Swordsman' which was released by none other than the Honourable President Mr. Pranab Mukherjee. He has been magnanimous enough to donate 100% profit on earned from the sale of this book to charity.

 

 

 

 

Winner all the way

Sarang Gupta secured 100% scores in the International Admission Test- SAT. He scored 2400/2400 in the SAT Reasoning Test and 800/800 in each of the SAT II Subject Tests. He also secured 5/5 in 4 Advanced Placement College Level Examinations-5/5 in AP Calculus BC, 5/5 in AP Physics Mechanics, 5/5 in AP Physics Electricity and Magnetism and 5/5 in AP Chemistry also conducted for Admission to colleges internationally. It is a matter of pride for us that he has got admission in Princeton University.
