REPORT ON PARENT TEACHER INTERACTION

“Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best.”
 -- Bob Talber

We value the support and commitment of parents, as it is indeed vital for all of us involved in this educational partnership amongst teachers, students and parents. As parents/guardians and school, it has always been our endurance to work together to foster positivity, raised self-esteem, motivation and fulfilment in our students. Keeping this in mind, the Primary Wing (Classes III-V) had organised a Parent-Teacher Interaction in the form of an ‘Open House’ on Saturday,23rd April 2016 in the C Block Cafeteria and Class III classrooms from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
The main purpose of the meet was to create a common platform, where teacher and parents came together to enrich the student’s educational experiences and discuss a variety of issues, with respect to the all-round development of students.
The main attraction of this PTI was the accessibility of all the Class IV and V teachers along with all the Activity Teachers under a common roof, i.e. C Block Cafeteria, where it facilitated the parents to meet all the respective teachers of their wards and avail their progress. This nouveau pattern of Open House was highly appreciated and welcomed by the parents, as it gave them an easy access to know the progress of their wards by interacting with the concerned teachers.
