With the purview of child centric teaching in modern classrooms, LVIS organised a dynamic teacher training workshop on experiential learning in classrooms on 23rd May. Keeping in mind that the learning style of each learner is different, the Knowledge XP resource person, Mr. Varun Kumar emphasised on the importance of structuring teaching techniques that cater to the need of each child.

The workshop focused on the 3E's to make  classrooms more learner-centric, Explore-Experience-Expert. As enshrined in Kolb's Learning Style Inventory, there are 4 different learning styles that a person may have. It, thus, becomes exceedingly important for teachers, as facilitators, to create a well-balanced classroom conducive to the learning needs of all.

Championing the idea of enabling students to be stakeholders of their own learning in this technology driven world, the workshop added new hues to the palette of teaching tools of the educators.
