Shreyansh Alsisaria of class VIII and Ahaan Alsisaria of class VI participated in the NATIONAL SCHOOL CHESS TOURNAMENT at PATNA and the NATIONAL AMATUER BELOW 17 CHESS TOURNAMENT at JAIPUR in the month of February 2024. Sreyansh Alsisaria secured the 34th rank in the Under-15 category and Ahaan Alsisaria secured the 25th rank in the Under 13 category. They now have a chance to be eligible for the ASIAN SCHOOL CHESS TOURNAMENT, which will be held from 15-25 December in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ahaan has also qualified for the ASIAN AMATEUR CHESS TOURNAMENT at DUBAI in August’24. He increased his international rating by 54 pts and
secured 40 rank by just losing one game in the tournament at Jaipur. Both players are now among the best 50 Chess players of the country in their age category. Kudos to the Chess prodigies!
