Inter House Athletic Meet

LVISN's first sports event for the year served as a testament to the importance of sports in our lives and education. The athletic events were not merely contests, but a powerful medium instill values of discipline, perseverance, and team work in our students.The day commenced with a spirited opening, the competitive march past led by Astitva Bala, Vice President Student Council, and all four houses, namely, Alexandria, Nalanda, Pisa and Takshila, showcasing their marching skills. Vice Head Boy, Vivaan Mathur, took the oath on behalf of all the participants. This was followed by a diverse range of events, including fun-filled races, exhilarating sprints and medley relays. The field events including shot put, medicine ball throws and long jump, left spectators in awe. The closing ceremony saw medals being distributed to the winners and The Best March Past Trophy being handed over, with cheers of appreciationand encouragemen, to Takshila House. Beyond promoting physical fitness, this event played a pivotal role in fostering qualities like determination and teamwork, and served as a good start for sports events round the year.
