IC3 Regional Forum

IC3 Regional Forum: Empowering Educators and Students in Dehradun The IC3 Regional Forums are annual professional development events held worldwide from January through July. These gatherings bring together high school counselors, teachers, and Principals for learning, sharing, relationship-building, and interaction with university representatives globally, aiming to build a robust network and provide better resources for students. On May 18, 2024, an IC3 Regional Forum took place in Dehradun at the Madhuban Hotel. Attendees included Vice Principal Ms. Deepti Singh, Career Counselor Ms. Shivya Sachdeva, and student volunteers Anumita Sawhney, Vivaan Mathur, Vaanya Goel, and Pranet Kumar. The event commenced at 8:00 a.m., with our students assisting with compering, registrations, and aiding delegates from approximately 70 schools and 25 universities. Keynote addresses on "From Competition to Competence" and "Transforming Schools through Counseling" were delivered by leading professionals. A networking session followed, allowing high school delegates to interact with university representatives, learn about various courses, and explore student life on different campuses. Later, the academic manager of the IC3 Institute conducted a hands-on workshop to enhance the delegates' counseling decisions. For the closing address, Ms. Deepti Singh led an interactive session where delegates shared their experiences of the forum.
