CBSE Training Session

Topic: Financial Literacy and Digital Tools Date: 18th October 2022 Time: 2.30 to 4.30 pm Venue: Lotus Valley International School, Sect 126, Noida Resource Person: Ms. Urvi Agarwal Teachers of today need to constantly upskill themselves to ensure that students are most productively engaged in class. With this view in mind, CBSE organised a training session on Financial Literacy and Digital Tools, exclusively for teachers at Lotus Valley International School, Noida on 18th October 2022. A total of 69 teachers participated from 7 schools, including Lotus Valley. The other participating schools were: S D Vidya, G. D. Goenka, Greater Noida, Karl Huber School, Yadu Public School and BDS Vidya Mandir. The resource person, Ms. Urvi Agarwal emphasized the importance of timely investment. In her lucid presentation, she shared how inflation erodes the purchasing power of our investments, if not planned properly. She also briefed the attendees about the various modes of digital payments and bank accounts and discussed the Dos and Don’ts related to digital payments. Ms. Urvi’s comprehensive and interesting presentation kept all the attendees involved in the training. The school Principal, Dr Ruchi Seth complimented Ms Urvi on her informative presentation and enriching discussions with the attendees.
